- Provide project coordination/support and governance services to various projects within the DD&T Portfolio Services space.
- Assist with project financials including end of month activities, GL scrutiny, timesheet analysis, resourcing updates and monthly / YTD / EAC variance investigation.
- Assist with project and portfolio reporting requirements ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Provide analytical support to project and program teams by tracking performance metrics, managing data, and generating reports.
- Efficiently manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders – handle queries on financials, project status, and program governance.
- Ensure all members of the project team are up to date with current information and resources.
- Assist with meeting logistics and group PMO administration including group mailbox monitoring.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working on large programs with annual budgets in excess of $20M.
- Demonstrated PMO experience, with involvement in large, business critical systems and process projects being highly regarded.
- All-rounder exposure to PMOs including executive reporting, RAID management, finance management, resource management and change/scope management.
- A familiarity with project methodologies and practices with a focus on project governance and reporting.
- Experience with project board meeting logistics including meeting setup, agenda creation, paper consolidation and secretariat duties.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong capabilities to articulate complex analytical information to all levels within the organisation.
- Strong interpersonal / people skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
