  • $94,198 - $112,011 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation

The teamThe Digital, Data & Transformation Portfolio Office (DD&T) is ASIC's centre of excellence for strategic planning, transformation, and cross-organisational project governance. It oversees performance and regulatory reporting and delivers key outcomes through multiple programs aligned with the Digital Transformation Team.The role
  • Provide project coordination/support and governance services to various projects within the DD&T Portfolio Services space.
  • Assist with project financials including end of month activities, GL scrutiny, timesheet analysis, resourcing updates and monthly / YTD / EAC variance investigation.
  • Assist with project and portfolio reporting requirements ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Provide analytical support to project and program teams by tracking performance metrics, managing data, and generating reports.
  • Efficiently manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders – handle queries on financials, project status, and program governance.
  • Ensure all members of the project team are up to date with current information and resources.
  • Assist with meeting logistics and group PMO administration including group mailbox monitoring.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
About youWe are looking for someone with a minimum of three years experience in a Program Analyst position. Experience with MS Project will be highly regarded. You will also have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience working on large programs with annual budgets in excess of $20M.
  • Demonstrated PMO experience, with involvement in large, business critical systems and process projects being highly regarded.
  • All-rounder exposure to PMOs including executive reporting, RAID management, finance management, resource management and change/scope management.
  • A familiarity with project methodologies and practices with a focus on project governance and reporting.
  • Experience with project board meeting logistics including meeting setup, agenda creation, paper consolidation and secretariat duties.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong capabilities to articulate complex analytical information to all levels within the organisation.
  • Strong interpersonal / people skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and effective process management.
