Join a commercial business development team based at our client's Alexandria office in Sydney. You will play a key role in managing the full bid life cycle from pre-qualification through to post-submission activities. As a vital member of the bid writing team, you will craft clear, persuasive written submissions that help secure new business. We're seeking an experienced writer with a passion for delivering winning proposals.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret tender requirements to prepare and submit compelling tender proposals within deadlinesLiaise with clients and internal teams to gather information and contribute to bid strategyBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and with external partnersEnsure strict compliance with established tender administration proceduresParticipate in weekly Work In Progress (WIP) and project strategy meetings as requiredSkills & ExperienceProven writing skills, ideally with some bid writing experience (not essential)Background in sales or marketing writing, with the ability to influence through compelling contentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsRelationship builder who takes accountability and is results-orientedAbility to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under pressureBenefits & PerksSalary range: $110K to $135K (incl. super), negotiable based on experienceExceptional career progression opportunities within a growing, award-winning commercial teamIndustry-leading recognition programs including multiple annual pay reviewsConvenient Alexandria locationAbout the Company
