You’ll work alongside seasoned consultants on projects spanning payroll advisory, people technology and business readiness, ensuring our clients’ payroll operations are accurate, compliant and efficient.This company helps organisations prioritise payroll governance and embed fair, consistent processes that build trust and confidence among employees.You’ll be involved in activities such as:

Payroll assurance checks, including system configuration validation, payroll results verification and ongoing accuracy reviews
Pre-HRIS change integrity checks to safeguard payroll outcomes during system transitions
Acquisition and divestment readiness assessments
Payroll remediation and post-implementation support
Governance and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations
