If you’re an experienced Residential Manager passionate about making a difference, here’s your chance to lead a modern, purpose-built residence.Stepping into this role you will take charge of daily operations and drive excellence and compliance in resident care — all with the support of cutting-edge technology and a passionate, skilled team.Work in partnership with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT, within a dynamic and expanding national organisation.What We’re Looking For:

Experience managing medium to large aged care facilities
Strong understanding of compliance and accreditation requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration with AHPRA
Excellent leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Proven track record in operational planning, budgeting, rostering, and resource management
Comfortable using computer systems and care management software
Passionate about making a positive difference for residents, families, and staff
Collaborative, compassionate leadership style that inspires and grows teams
A Police Check dated within the last year
