Production Worker

- $37.00-42.00 per hour

- Full-time
- Operate and monitor machinery involved in the casting, curing, and finishing of reinforced concrete pipes
- Assist in mixing, pouring, and molding concrete to ensure product consistency and quality
- Inspect pipes for defects and ensure they meet company and industry standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Handle materials and equipment efficiently to support continuous production flow
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly
- Drivers License and own vehicle
- Physically fit
- Pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol test
- Forklift license
- Confined Spaces ticket
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime if required
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Day: 6:00am-3:00pm Afternoon 2:50pm-12:00 (midnight) (2:50pm start to allow for 10 minute hand over from day shift)
