Account Manager – Commercial Insurance BrokingHybrid Brisbane/Gold Coast | $120K–$150K + Super | Leadership PathwayLooking for more than just a servicing role?   • Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and mid-market commercial clients
  • Provide tailored insurance solutions across ISR, Liability, Financial Lines, Commercial Motor, Construction, and more
  • Act as a trusted adviser to your clients, with strong focus on relationship management and risk guidance
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on business strategy, development, and client initiatives
  • Support compliance and process improvements to elevate client outcomes
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial insurance broking
  • Confidence managing complex risk profiles and mid-market portfolios
  • Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and RG146 qualified
  • Strong commercial acumen, technical capability, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset and interest in mentoring or team leadership
