- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and mid-market commercial clients
- Provide tailored insurance solutions across ISR, Liability, Financial Lines, Commercial Motor, Construction, and more
- Act as a trusted adviser to your clients, with strong focus on relationship management and risk guidance
- Collaborate with senior leaders on business strategy, development, and client initiatives
- Support compliance and process improvements to elevate client outcomes
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial insurance broking
- Confidence managing complex risk profiles and mid-market portfolios
- Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and RG146 qualified
- Strong commercial acumen, technical capability, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset and interest in mentoring or team leadership
- Salary of $120K–$150K + super dependent on experience
- Hybrid flexibility between Brisbane and Gold Coast with a 3/2 split between offices
