- Manage a portfolio of SME, commercial, or strata clients
- End-to-end servicing โ quoting, renewals, endorsements and new business
- Build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships
- Deliver tailored advice with a solutions-based approach
- Collaborate with internal support and account managers
- Minimum 3โ4 years as an Account Executive in general insurance
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification โ essential
- Strong product knowledge in either commercial or strata lines
- Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills
- Driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Up to $100k package (including super)
