Your Role Will Involve:

Managing a small portfolio of SME to mid-market clients across various industries
Supporting senior brokers with placement strategy, renewals and client servicing
Building strong client relationships and gaining hands-on experience with complex risks
Exposure to corporate and financial lines accounts
Broking and administrative support for major accounts

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years' experience in commercial or SME broking
Tier 1 Broking qualification (essential)
Eager to learn, grow and develop technical skills
Excellent communication and client service mindset
Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
