This is a 2 year contract with a possibility for a full time role at the end!In this position, you will:

Collection of samples from designated collection points within the premises
Unpacking and sorting samples
Assigning label numbers appropriately
Analysis of routine samples as designated using various instrumentation
Correlation of data
Competency based laboratory studies
Housekeeping and general equipment maintenance
Preparation of laboratory standards
Calibration of instrumentation
Display care in the use of company instrumentation, tools and property

About You

Hold a year 12 certificate
You must not hold a qualification higher than a Certificate III in Laboratory Skills or you are not eligible (ie, a science degree or a cert IV in Laboratory Skills)
Willingness to learn
Based in SEQ at the time of application
Interest in pursuing a career in a laboratory environment
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (we are unable to accept applications from candidates who are temporary residents)
