We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile hospitality upgrade in WollongongThis short-term contract will suit a hands-on leader who can manage multiple trades, keep the program on track, and ensure a safe, quality build in a live, high-visibility environment.Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors
Excellent safety, quality, and stakeholder management capability
Strong leadership and coordination skills in a live operating environment
Manage deliveries, scheduling, and progress reporting
Ensure works are completed to a high standard and to spec
Requirements:
Previous experience managing refurb and fit-out projects
Trade background or construction qualification preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to run a tight, well-organised site
Proficient with Procore and Hammertech
White Card, First Aid, and relevant tickets
