
Relationship Manager

- Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service;
- Establish and foster strong relationships with members to help with retention;
- Proactively identify and deliver on opportunities to engage and educate relevant members about service offerings;
- Liaise with Admin and Marketing on initiatives involving employer clients;
- Organise and facilitate Policy Committee meetings with key employer contacts;
- Coordinate and deliver workplace information sessions, such as pre-retirement planning and other relevant seminars;
- Provide General Financial Advice during one-on-one member consultations, as appropriate;
- Provide proactive high-quality service and support to a portfolio of clients through face to face, video calls and over the phone;
- Provide transitional support for new employers joining the fund and build advocacy within existing employer network.
- Financial Planning Qualifications/courses completed highly regarded;
- RG146 certified;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with superannuation;
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Knowledge of superannuation (required) and defined benefit plans (highly regarded but not required);
- Ability to guide individuals through superannuation laws and regulations;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
