Maintenance Fitter

- Broad hands-on role covering mechanical and facility repairs.
- Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on Trumpf and/or LVD machinery and associated equipment.
- Work closely with operators and production staff to troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, including service logs and repair documentation.
- Maintain production and factory machinery, such as CNC, conveyors, pumps, motors, and presses.
- Ensure tools are in good working order and correctly stored.
- Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and consumables.
- Replace worn or defective parts and calibrate equipment as needed.
- Liaise with Service technicians for technical support
- General facility maintenance tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during breakdowns.Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and mechanical diagrams.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Desirable Qualifications (not essential):Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).EWP ticketExperience with other sheet metal fabrication equipmentConduct welding and fabrication workWe are looking to start the right applicants on an immediate basis.
