Job DescriptionTradewind Australia partners with service providers across the Aged Care and Community sectors to offer quality care to Victorian communities. We are currently working with a well respected not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing responsive, compassionate and high-quality care to local communities.We are seeking a motivated and visionary Manager - Home Nursing Services to lead a dedicated team of nurses, clinical triage officers and assessment professionals. This pivotal role is responsible for driving clinical excellence, service efficiency, staff development and consumer satisfaction in line with industry regulations and best practice standards.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic and operational management of the Home Nursing Service ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative and contractual requirements
Provide clinical oversight and accountability across nursing and assessment functions supporting high-quality safe and responsive care
Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support service growth and innovation
Enhance systems, processes and policies that support clinical governance, business efficiency and high consumer satisfaction
Support the development of a skilled and capable nursing workforce aligned with current and future sector needs

Essential:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Proven leadership experience in managing nursing teams in a community setting
Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management and continuous improvement principles
Financial acumen and business management experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of community funding streams (e.g. CHSP, DVA)
Experience with client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
A current Victorian Driver's License and National Police Check

Desirable:

Management qualifications and experience in aged care or community services
Demonstrated success in change management and quality improvement initiatives
Understanding of current reforms in aged care, community and disability sectors
