This is a 3-month contract based in Melbourne CBD, with 2 days per week onsite. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring teams are trained, engaged, and empowered to make the most of Copilot’s capabilities.About the RoleYou’ll work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, setting up and running daily enablement sessions focused on specific Copilot features and use cases. This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for someone who’s confident facilitating change in dynamic enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver day-to-day business unit engagement for Copilot enablement and feature training.Set up and run tailored walkthroughs, demos, and Q&A sessions with users across the organisation.Work collaboratively with IT, Digital, and Business Change teams to embed Copilot usage into workflows.Capture feedback, identify adoption blockers, and continuously refine change strategies.Support internal comms and learning materials to ensure consistent messaging and self-service success.What We’re Looking ForProven experience delivering change management initiatives in large enterprise environments.Demonstrated exposure to AI-powered tools, preferably Microsoft Copilot.Ability to engage business users across all levels – from frontline to executive – and simplify technical concepts.Experience in enterprise retail environments highly regarded.Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Contract Details3-month contractDaily rate – competitive and commensurate with experienceLocation: Melbourne CBD, with 2 days onsite per week #scr-hannah-macleodAt Randstad Digital, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
