As a Senior Customer Experience Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming insights into impactful solutions that reduce pain points and add value for both customers and the business.What You'll DoLead customer research and insight-driven design during discovery phases.Map customer journeys and identify pain points across digital and physical touchpoints.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.Facilitate co-design workshops and apply design thinking and lean methodologies.Develop customer experience strategies aligned with operational processes.Influence senior leadership through compelling business cases and strategic recommendations.Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement.What you'll bring2-5 years of experience in CX/UX design, ideally within the health sector.Proficiency in human-centered design, user testing, and customer research.Experience with LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt desirable).Strong visual design and UX capabilities.Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a drive for results.What matters most?
