  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the haematology and oncology sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist health care professionals and decision-makers.
  • Provide product education and support to medical practitioners and stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Specialist Sales Representative should have:
  • Minimum 2 year's experience in specialist or hospital sales.
  • Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
  • Haematology/ Oncology selling experience (desirable).
  • Strong knowledge and experience of haematology and oncology products or treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally.
