- Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist health care professionals and decision-makers.
- Provide product education and support to medical practitioners and stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Minimum 2 year's experience in specialist or hospital sales.
- Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
- Haematology/ Oncology selling experience (desirable).
- Strong knowledge and experience of haematology and oncology products or treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally.
