Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and request Quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors in accordance with the project requirements.
  • Assessing Supplier and Subcontractor Quotations against desired Outcomes.
  • Drafting and negotiating Subcontracts; reviewing and negotiating Head Contracts.
  • Taking/calculation of material requirements for Projects; taking of and calculating the Price of Variations in consultation with the Estimators.
  • Administering both Subcontracts and Head Contracts ensuring Notices, Claims and Submissions are made in accordance with the Contract Terms.
  • Preparing and submitting Head Contract Progress Claims.
  • Assessing and issuing Payment Schedules for Subcontractor Payment Claims.
  • Accurately Control Project Documentation received from Clients and Subcontractors.
  • Manage the administrative function of assigned projects with a focus on achieving safety, quality, time, scope and cost outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
  • Degree, Diploma, or Trade Qualification in Construction or Contract Management
  • 3-5+ years' experience in contract administration
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and contract law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and Timberline Sage (or similar)
