With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead $150M+ new build projects.The Role:As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a new construction project. You’ll lead a site-based delivery team, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure excellence across safety, quality, time, and cost.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle from construction commencement through to handover
Lead and support project teams, including mentoring site staff and subcontractors
Oversee programme planning, risk mitigation, cost control, and safety compliance
Collaborate with design, commercial, and client teams to deliver on expectations
What we're Looking For:
8+ years’ experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager delivering new build commercial construction projects
Strong track record across various sectors (e.g. education, health, community, commercial, residential)
Proven experience delivering new build construction projects valued $100M+
Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor in Australia
