What will you be doing?

Acting as the first point of contact for customer service enquiries
Scheduling and coordinating service jobs and technician workloads
Managing service documentation and records using CRM and ERP systems
Communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
Supporting the delivery of after-sales support and service
Monitoring job progress and ensuring timely resolution of issues

What do you need?

Driver’s License
Forklift License
Mechanical aptitude or trade background
Previous experience in a service or admin role
Strong computer and CRM/ERP system skills
Be able to work and manage with others as part of a team
Ability to motivate and excite staff
Supervise and manage delegated staff
Self-Motivated
Accuracy and strong attention to detail
Maths ability
Computer literate
Ability to solve problems
Ability to work unsupervised and see what needs to be done
Be able to follow processes and procedures
