We proudly partner with both veterinarian practices and their clients to offer pet cremation services to grieving families with our expert teams guiding them every step of the way. Duties of a Client Care Coordinator:
  • Provide professional pet aftercare services with compassion and empathy
  • Manage client enquiries across various platforms
  • Coordinate information between client care, preparation, operation, and cremation teams for smooth service delivery
  • Assist clients during viewings and collection of ashes with professional and empathy
  • Prepare client viewing rooms and ensure its up to high standards
  • Manage client payments across payment services like ZipPay, Afterpay and Vet Pay
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information
About you:
  • Exceptional customer service skills, you're an effective and clear communicator
  • Intermediate Microsoft suit experience
  • Strong organisation skills and thrive in a clean and tidy environment
  • An ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner - when required
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude whilst under pressure
