- Lead the planning and execution of major remedial projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain quality, safety, and compliance.
- Develop and implement construction methodologies tailored to remedial works, ensuring efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee cost control, forecasting, and contract management, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
- Solve technical challenges, working closely with engineers and site teams to maintain project momentum.
- Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager in remedial, civil, or structural engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of remedial construction techniques, including facade refurbishments, concrete repair, bridge strengthening, and steel remediation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects in high-risk environments.
- Expertise in budget management, contracts administration, and project scheduling.
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
