Provide strategic and operational leadership of the non-teaching functions of the College, as a key member of the College Executive

The Business Manager provides strategic and operational leadership, ensuring that financial, administrative, and physical resources are managed effectively in alignment with the School’s Vision, Mission, and Christian values.As a member of the executive, the role supports the Principal and Leadership Team in delivering high-quality Christian education by overseeing finance, facilities, compliance, ICT, human resources, and risk management, and by liaising with the Anglican Schools Corporation Business Partner and other relevant Group Office staff.About the CollegeLeppington Anglican College opened in Term 1 2023 with over 180 students Pre-K to Year 7. In 2026 we will have over 750 students Pre-K to Year 10 and will grow rapidly to become a P-12 College of over 1200 students within the next few years. With a fantastic staff culture, committed to the College’s Vision and Mission, we are looking for an exceptional, hardworking and talented Business Manager to join the team.Commencement
