Reporting into the Head of Learning and Development, the Learning and Development Manager will join our People & Culture division on a permanent, full-time basis at our South Guildford Office.This role leads the development of individual, team, and organisational capability to drive current performance and future competitiveness.It oversees a best practice learning framework that equips team members with the skills and qualifications needed to deliver effective solutions, while embedding a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break)What You'll Do:

Lead, develop and maintain an effective and sustainable learning and development strategy and framework focused on current and future organisational needs
Ensure the framework equips team members with the necessary skills, training, and development to meet industry and compliance standards
Investigate and recommend digital learning technologies to enhance the learning ecosystem
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to enhance performance and cohesion
Advise senior stakeholders on L&D trends, best practices, and strategic capability building

Skills & Experience:

Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, with significant time in Learning & Development
Proven success in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful learning strategies and programs
Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning technologies
Experience with LMS (SuccessFactors or other platforms) to manage and evaluate learning outcomes
Experience with company-wide competency frameworks (knowledge of Korn Ferry systems desirable)
Demonstrated leadership in team development, cultural strategy, and project delivery
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
