You'll lead the opening and ongoing success of the new store, shaping team culture and delivering exceptional service in a lifestyle-focused environment. Your role will blend retail leadership, community engagement, and brand stewardship.You will:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Create a welcoming, inspiring store atmosphere aligned to brand values
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences with a consultative approach
- Manage store operations including stock, merchandising, and reporting
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs with integrity
- Collaborate with leadership to grow the local customer community
