- As the customer advocate you will develop and oversee the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
- You will engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer AI transformation strategies.
- You will orchestrate the full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft.
- You will proactively develop an understanding of the customer’s business, industry priorities to drive new business opportunities/ drive growth/net new business and advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.
- You will deliver Sales Excellence and lead and orchestrate extended virtual teams across our solution areas to consistently achieve growth in revenue and market share.
- You will build and maintain a strong knowledge of customers’ industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions.
- Will you gain deeper insights and knowledge through direct engagement in their customers’ business and operations.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development in a customer-facing role within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic account plans that meet revenue goals and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across both internal teams and external customers.
- Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver value across the customer lifecycle.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives (e.g., CIO, CTO, CDO) and leading executive-level business planning discussions.
- Knowledge of the Education industry and associated trends, business models, and partner ecosystems.
- Proven ability to deliver customer success through long-term engagement, advocacy, and proactive issue resolution.
- Experience leading extended virtual teams and navigating large matrixed organisations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, services, and partner ecosystem is a plus.
