As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with stakeholders to fulfill the organisation's hiring needs. You will cultivate a strong network of talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and develop workforce strategies.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume reviews, screening, interviewing, and creating offer letters.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of methods, including headhunting, social media platforms, referrals, and creative outreach.
- Monitoring and reporting recruitment metrics, data, and KPIs to key stakeholders.
- Promoting the organisation's employee value proposition and managing the employee referral program.
- Ensuring full compliance with pre-employment requirements and recruitment processes.
- Benchmarking compensation and identifying opportunities for continual improvement in alignment with recruitment strategies.
- Delivering a seamless and engaging candidate onboarding experience.
