What we need from you!

Australian Citizenship with Baseline Security Clearance.
Demonstrated experience in Change Management or Change Leadership roles on large ICT transformation programs
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across executive, technical and business teams

The RoleAs a Change Lead / Change Manager, you will:

Drive the planning, development and review of Organisational Change Management strategies and products.
Ensure alignment of change activities across large-scale ICT and transformation programs.
Provide strategic change management advice to senior stakeholders.
Lead engagement with stakeholders to inform planning and tactics.
Support training, communication, and transition-to-operations activities.
Oversee reporting, analytics and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to building internal change capability through coaching and mentoring.

You'll be part of a collaborative team, ensuring successful delivery of transformational outcomes while minimising change impacts across diverse stakeholder groups.Joining Akkodis as a Consultant
