  • Building and maintaining a high-margin sales pipeline across niche sectors.
  • Engaging Tier 1 contractors and key stakeholders in education, health, and infrastructure.
  • Identifying new product opportunities and aligning solutions with project timelines.
  • Supporting or leading bid strategies, stakeholder engagement, and tender outcomes.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to identify and win major projects.
  • Delivering market insights and project updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Representing the company at industry events and negotiating deals.
About You:You’re a high-energy sales professional who brings fresh ideas and a proactive mindset to solve problems and drive results. You may have:
  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven success in a B2B selling environment.
  • Industry experience in modular buildings, equipment/asset hire, construction/infrastructure sales, or contract services.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial acumen and an understanding of contracts and project delivery.
  • A desire to grow your career in a supportive, high-performing team.
