- Mining & Resources
- Transport & Logistics
- Agriculture & Heavy Industry
- Environmental Services
- Government & Civil Projects
- Generating and qualifying outbound leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits
- Conducting discovery meetings and tailoring sales pitches to client pain points and compliance needs
- Building a strong pipeline and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Managing your customer data, sales activity and conversion metrics using CRM tools
- Attending industry events and site visits to promote ThroughCycle's service offering
- Collaborating with operations, logistics, and the General Manager to onboard new clients seamlessly
- Providing feedback from the field to assist with strategic sales planning, pricing, and product positioning
- Number of new qualified leads generated monthly
- Number of outbound touchpoints (calls, emails, visits) per week
- Lead-to-client conversion rate
- Monthly revenue and new account acquisition
- Repeat business/client retention
- CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and activity logs
- Proven B2B sales experience (25 years), ideally in environmental services, recycling, waste, or industrial sectors
- Strong written and verbal communication, with persuasive and consultative sales style
- Self-starter who works autonomously, handles objections, and follows through
- Competency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Valid driver's licence must be comfortable attending on-site meetings and industry expos
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience selling into mining, logistics, or heavy industry
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability reporting, or circular economy practices
- Familiarity with selling to procurement managers, environmental officers, and OH&S teams

- Base salary + uncapped commissions no cap on your earning potential
