- Own and drive the mid-sized and enterprise sales pipeline in the Australian market
- Collaborate closely with the customer success and marketing teams to align growth goals
- Execute and refine outbound sales strategies, including prospecting and cold outreach
- Negotiate and close new business deals and identify upsell opportunities with existing clients
- Lead the development of sales processes, reporting, and automation (HubSpot, sequences, playbooks)
- Help shape the team and culture as we scale
- Minimum of three (3+) years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or software sales, ideally in tech, software, or service sectors
- A structured approach to sales and the ability to work independently at any point of the sales funnel. You are not afraid to pick up the phone and call the prospect, like you are not afraid to close a big deal.
- Track record of closing mid-market or enterprise-level deals ($10k–$100k+)
- Familiarity with the care, health, or service industries or in CX is a strong advantage
- Strong command of HubSpot and/or other modern sales tools (Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, discovery, and negotiation skills
- Independent, target-driven, and motivated to execute with a hands-on mindset
- Ability to build trust and collaborate cross-functionally across teams
- Strong communication skills in English (Fluent). Other languages are seen as beneficial
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of aged care sector regulations and customer needs
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
