Job DescriptionYour New Opportunity:An excellent full time, permanent career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Off Highway – Mining Equipment Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our Field Service team supporting our mtu product on site. This opportunity operates on a 7/7 day shift roster and is a on site-based role at Peak Downs mine located near Moranbah, making it an attractive and challenging opportunity for the right individual.

Diverse service work including diagnosis, servicing and minor/major repairs
Actively contribute towards an ongoing improvement culture in the safety, quality and productivity of the team
Provide great customer service
Carry out hands on service work in field service environments

What you will be provided with while onsite:

About You:

Trade qualified Diesel Technician with experience in heavy vehicles
Sound technical knowledge and experience in Western Star, MAN Trucks & Bus, Dennis Eagle, Detroit and Allison Transmission product lines as well as diverse products that Penske supports is desirable.
Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions.
Team player who will adhere to and promote the Company's Values & Behaviours.
