National Business Development ManagerLooking for a role where you can take ownership, drive volume, and work with Australia’s biggest distributors? Owning Tier 1 distributor relationships nationally — you’ll be their go-to
Driving product volume and market share across Australia
Overseeing the process end-to-end: orders, logistics, suppliers, and delivery
Developing and executing sales strategies to unlock new growth
Acting as the link between sales, distributors, and operations to keep things moving smoothly

What you’ll bring:

Strong business development or sales background, ideally within building products or distribution
Experience managing major accounts or Tier 1 distributors
A results-driven approach with proven success in driving volume sales
Sharp commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple stakeholders
