Bring events to life at PRACC (Plenty Ranges Arts and Convention Centre), delivering creative and community programs that inspire, entertain and connect people. As Venue Operations Assistant, you will help keep our event spaces running smoothly by preparing venues, equipment and resources to meet each event’s needs.Your work will include setting up and resetting spaces, coordinating changeovers, monitoring stock, assisting with ticket sales and promotions, and providing professional customer service to clients, patrons, contractors and suppliers. You will work across PRACC’s operations, building your knowledge of venue functions and helping to improve service delivery.This role works 23 hours a week based on a roster system, working within PRACC’s ordinary hours of 7am to 12am, Monday to Sunday, with additional hours available during busy event periods.About you
You have hands on experience in events, hospitality or venue operations and are confident working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. You can balance multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing event needs and maintain a high standard of presentation and service.You will thrive in this role if you enjoy variety, work well in a team, and take pride in delivering memorable experiences for venue users and audiences.Want to know more?
