This project and all future projects will be based in Brisbane. You will even have the opportunity to work on some of this clients own developments. Involved in pre construction.
Work collaboratively with site team, subcontractors, and client.
Heavy involvement in procurement, financials, contract review, Admin, & reporting.
Mentoring and coaching Junior Contracts Administrators
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction industry.
Brisbane based.
Experience and desire to run multi residential high rise projects.
