In this role, you’ll manage purchase requisitions, liaise with suppliers, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records across ICT assets and services.You’ll also assist with invoice processing, credit card expense management, and general administrative tasks. Ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and keen to contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities:Manage end-to-end ICT procurement, including raising requisitions, sourcing quotes, issuing purchase orders, and processing invoices in line with finance and procurement policies.Ensure timely delivery of ICT goods and services by tracking orders, escalating delays, and maintaining strong supplier communication.Maintain and update key registers such as ICT assets, mobile services, and procurement records to support accurate reporting and compliance.Support mobile service administration, including coordinating devices, managing service data, and assisting the End User Services team.Assist with expense management and general ICT administration, contributing to smooth operations and continuous process improvement.Required Skills and CompetenciesStrong organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities effectively.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to work confidently with suppliers and internal teams.High attention to detail and accuracy across procurement, invoicing, and record-keeping tasks.Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
