ABOUT THE COMPANY.A well established and reputable construction company, operating for over 20 years. They have recently won a number of projects due to their strong track record of delivering quality, state of the art projects. This company focuses on the delivery of fitout projects valued to up to $20M. This company has an excellent reputation in Canberra and the surrounding reasons.ABOUT THE POSITION.Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be employed to deliver diverse projects across Canberra ranging between $1M and $20M. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all elements of the construction process, whilst ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within the Client's allocated budget.DUTIES.

WHS management
Programming
Budgeting
Cost control
Forecasting
Client management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Experience as a Project Manager on small - medium sized fitout projects
Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Procore is desirable but not essential
