- Strategic Advisory & Business Engagement: Lead executive discussions on AI strategy, data foundations, responsible AI, and business transformation; run discovery, envisioning, and demos linking initiatives to ROI, risk, and time to value.
- Customer Growth: Partner with AMs to qualify opportunities with current customers and support BDMs in opening net-new accounts across target verticals, shaping next best actions and workshops.
- Value Realisation & Roadmaps: Define customer AI roadmaps to maximise ROI, scale pilots, and ensure business-aligned outcomes.
- Partner Ecosystem & Practice Alignment: Leverage Microsoft and ISV partnerships for co-sell and campaigns; coordinate with practice leads to align opportunities to capacity and ensure smooth handoffs to Presales Architects.
- Internal Enablement & GTM Leadership: Upskill AMs/BDMs, develop AI solution plays, contribute to sales strategy, GTM execution, pipeline, and proposals.
- Thought Leadership: Represent CBS at events and publish content showcasing AI and business application outcomes.
- Strong B2B experience with mid-market to enterprise customers
- Proven success selling Microsoft Data, AI, and Business Applications (Azure, Fabric/Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Copilots)
- Minimum 8 years' experience in IT-based sales, consultancy, or solution sales
- Experience delivering complex solutions with tangible business outcomes
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, budgets, and fast-paced environments
- Ability to leverage vendor relationships to support solution design and presentations
- Full understanding of end-to-end IT solution sales and project delivery lifecycle
- Strong commercial and strategic business acumen
- Understanding of client business, technical requirements, and IT environments
- Microsoft certifications such as DP, AI, PL, MB, and Fabric-aligned credentials highly regarded
