Ideally you will show knowledge, understanding and expertise in the context of the science curriculum and pedagogy. It is highly desirable that the successful applicant can understand instructional and curriculum design, exhibit self-reflective practices with a focus on quality teaching and is able to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.Working in collaboration with the Head of Learning Area, ideally, you will lead ongoing improvements in pedagogy, curriculum and programming across Years 11 and 12 and support the Science learning area to achieve set targets in the School Business Plan.
