- Leading the planning and execution of seamless operations and logistics, coordinating the integration of campaign areas - performance support, coaching, and communications.
- Leading campaign planning meetings, ensuring agendas are outcome driven and all necessary stakeholders are involved at the right stages of the Campaign life cycle.
- Quickly establishing and fostering relationships with Campaign Host organising committees/PA/CGA to understand how they work, their culture, challenges and opportunities to optimise success.
- Performing the role of Campaign Team Manager for BME's ensuring seamless execution of plans.
- Leading pre-campaign site visits with program leadership that will provide event familiarisation and competition readiness to ensure 'no surprises'.
- Overseeing the management of athlete, coach, and staff team member eligibility and compliance in regard to all aspects of being a travelling member of the Australian swim team.
What you will bring to the role:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with Olympic/Paralympic and/or international teams equivalent
- Experience managing complex programs, projects or events that involve both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive documentation with appropriate discretion
- Proven ability to remain calm and work under pressure, prioritise and manage resources to meet deadlines
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters ongoing mutual respect and trust
- National Police / Criminal History Check
