- Key role in building sector capability and delivering evidence-based learning and resources that centre Lived and Living Experience to strengthen responses to child sexual abuse and improve outcomes for victims and survivors.
- Full time (1.0) fixed-term position until October 2026 - with flexible working arrangements available (eg. part-time).
- A national remote role, available in every major Australian city (with no preference for any location).
- The successful candidate will undertake domestic travel occasionally as part of this role.
- $85,000 - $105,000 + superannuation + salary packaging options
- You hold relevant qualifications in social sciences, education, community development or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
- You have demonstrated experience designing and delivery capability-building initiatives, ideally within the health, community or social services sectors.
- You are a confident and skilled facilitator who is able to deliver engaging and inclusive trainings, workshops and professional learning programs tailored to diverse audiences.
- You are adept at translating complex evidence and research into practical resources and tools that drive practice change.
- You have experience engaging respectfully and effectively with people with Lived and Living Experience, ensuring their voices shape outcomes.
- You are a natural collaborator, who excels at building and nurturing strong stakeholder relationships.
- You are highly flexible and agile, with the ability to adapt quickly to emerging needs, shifting priorities and evolving sector contexts.
- You are aligned with the National Centre’s mission to disrupt child sexual abuse and bring about systemic change.
- You demonstrate a trauma-informed, ethical and survivor engaged approach to your work, and understand the critical importance of working in partnership with people with Lived Experience; ensuring their voices are heard, respected and meaningfully embedded in all that you do.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver professional learning activities, including workshops, webinars, e-learning and blended courses.
- Apply adult learning principles to design inclusive, engaging and practical learning experiences across diverse sector contexts.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with practitioners, sector partners, victims and survivors and other key stakeholders in consultation with the National Centre.
- Collaborate with the Lived Experience Team to ensure safe, ethical and supported engagement with survivors, so their expertise meaningfully informs all initiatives.
- Manage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget and to agreed quality standards.
