The successful candidate will have:

5 years project management/support experience in supporting complex project outcomes
understanding of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other Export Control regulatory requirements
experience in drafting /amending Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) development
Managing program risk and participating in risk workshops
