- Answer and direct incoming calls and messages professionally
- Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
- Maintain and restock reception, kitchen, and meeting rooms
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with visitor refreshments
- General administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and document collation
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Assist with team events, internal functions, and general office upkeep
- Previous experience in a similar corporate or office-based role
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Polished, professional presentation and strong attention to detail
- A proactive, flexible, and approachable attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High level of discretion and reliability
