We are currently seeking a warm, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join a well-established organisation based on St Kilda Road. This front-of-house role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for both clients and staff, while providing administrative support to help keep the office running smoothly. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, this is a varied and people-facing role, suited to someone who takes pride in their presentation, communication skills and ability to multitask.Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and messages professionally
  • Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Maintain and restock reception, kitchen, and meeting rooms
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with visitor refreshments
  • General administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and document collation
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Assist with team events, internal functions, and general office upkeep
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a similar corporate or office-based role
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Polished, professional presentation and strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, flexible, and approachable attitude
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • High level of discretion and reliability
