The Compass Group Casual Pool team are currently recruiting Chefs for our NSW UPPER NORTHSHORE CASUAL POOL:THE POSITION

Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings.
Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements.
Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved, and wastage is kept to a minimum.

THE PERSON

Certificate 3 Commercial Cookery certificate for Chef roles.
Excellent communication, with superior customer service skills.
Great energy and professional presentation.
The willingness to work across various sectors and locations (i.e. Education, Venues, Corporate, etc.).
Currently hold or be willing to obtain a National Police check and a Working with children's check.
