Remedials Foreman / Site Manager

- Supervise all on-site works, trades, and subcontractors on remedial and refurbishment projects
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, and programme
- Coordinate site logistics, sequencing, and access requirements
- Implement WHS policies and maintain a strong safety culture on-site
- Ensure workmanship and finishes meet required standards
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Consultants to resolve site issues
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand in remedial or refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of remedial works (façade, structural repairs, waterproofing, concrete, etc.)
- Confident managing subcontractors and site staff
- Solid understanding of WHS, quality control, and construction processes
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Hands-on approach with the ability to problem-solve on-site
