I’m currently partnering with a leading fintech company to find a Recruiter for a 12-month contract role. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.About the RoleIn this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on hiring experienced professionals across technology and risk & control domains. You’ll work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies that attract the best talent in the market.Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, negotiating, and closing.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external sourcing partners.
Develop creative strategies to engage passive candidates.
Use data and insights to improve hiring outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
Provide coaching and guidance on recruitment best practices.
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and values.

About You

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within financial services, tech, or professional services.
Familiarity with technology and control-related roles is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
Proficient in tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel.
