- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, negotiating, and closing.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external sourcing partners.
- Develop creative strategies to engage passive candidates.
- Use data and insights to improve hiring outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide coaching and guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and values.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within financial services, tech, or professional services.
- Familiarity with technology and control-related roles is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
- Proficient in tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel.
