Working across multiple categories, you'll oversee technical specifications and collaborate with designers, product developers, and global suppliers to deliver consistent, high-quality apparel.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop technical specifications throughout the product lifecycle
Review prototypes and production samples for fit, construction, and compliance
Provide expert input during fittings and technical review sessions
Ensure product consistency and quality through detailed technical packs and grading
Partner closely with overseas manufacturers and suppliers to troubleshoot and solve production issues
Lead initiatives to improve Quality Assurance and ensure Compliance standards are met
Mentor and support junior technical staff as needed

What You'll Bring:

Extensive experience in garment construction and technical design
Strong knowledge of fit standards across various categories
Experience collaborating with global suppliers and factories
Familiarity with compliance standards and QA processes
Attention to detail, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in technical software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, PLM systems)
