Oversee all financial reporting and compliance obligations.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes.
Provide insightful financial analysis to guide decision-making.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise financial performance.
Lead and mentor a small finance team to achieve excellence.
Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Financial Controller will be able to demonstrate:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA.
Strong technical accounting and reporting skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in multiple accounting software and systems.
