Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.In this role you will:
  • Responsible for providing a holistic customer service approach from taking enquiries to fulfilling orders across a range of products
  • Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Support warehouse and distribution operations
  • Assist in loading customer vehicles
  • Schedule deliveries
  • Ensure stock accuracy by undertaking daily inventory counts
  • Contributes to achievement of store revenue and margin budgets.
Your hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm.What you bring to the role
  • Possess a strong work ethic.
  • To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.
  • An eagerness to learn about products and services.
  • Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.
  • Must be confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.
  • Experience working in a fast paced and busy environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
  • Forklift licence is desirable or willing to obtain one.
