As a Demand Planner for the Aesop brand, you'll be part of a dynamic supply chain team, reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.ABOUT THE JOB

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analysing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.

Partner with marketing, sales, and regional supply chain teams to align forecasts with business objectives and promotional plans.

Use advanced tools to analyse sales trends, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to improve forecast accuracy.

Work closely with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and resolve supply chain disruptions.

Identify opportunities to enhance planning processes, implement best practices, and drive efficiency across the supply chain.

Work with Supply Planner to ensure optimal inventory to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence.

ABOUT YOU

Have strong demand planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable plans.

Are proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, or other planning software) and have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.

Possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and logistics.

Demonstrate problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset to address supply chain challenges and implement solutions.

Are highly organized, with strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Have a solid understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management and performance tracking.
