Salary range: $126,000 – $142,000 plus 17% superannuationWe are seeking an experienced Insights Analyst to deliver high-quality, actionable insights that support organisational decision-making, enhance operational performance, and create meaningful impact for diverse stakeholders.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to interpret complex datasets, identify opportunities and risks, and translate findings into clear, commercially relevant recommendations. You will draw on your expertise in data analysis and your ability to distil complex information into actionable business insights, supporting strategic priorities across the organisation.Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities where insights can drive measurable improvements.
- Use advanced Excel skills to analyse, interpret and present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
- Leverage your experience in insights generation to inform decision-making at a strategic level.
- Translate large volumes of data into concise, actionable reports tailored to senior stakeholders.
- Maintain data quality, governance and compliance standards across reporting and analysis activities.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, identifying ways to optimise processes and outcomes.
- At least 6 years’ experience in generating and interpreting business insights within large, complex organisations such as retail, FMCG, telecommunications, government or similar.
- Exceptional Excel skills, with the ability to work confidently with large datasets.
- Strong experience in interpreting insights and translating them into clear business recommendations.
- Experience in SQL and Power BI would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Highly organised, with strong time and workload management skills.
